Breath of Life provides evidence-based mindfulness education, breathing guidance, and wellness programs designed for personal growth, emotional resilience, and stress reduction.

Important Medical Disclaimer: Breath of Life mindfulness programs and facilitator sessions are for educational and wellbeing self-improvement purposes only. 3. Account & Eligibility

To register for sessions or access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your password credentials.

4. Bookings, Registrations & Cancellations

All program enrollments and facilitator session bookings are subject to availability and confirmation:

Session Attendance: Participants are expected to join live sessions promptly at the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling: Session reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Facilitator Guidelines: Participants are required to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment during group programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on Breath of Life — including graphics, guided audio tracks, logos, course materials, and text — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not record, duplicate, redistribute, or commercially exploit any material without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breath of Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in programs or reliance on website content.
